This is by far the best way to learn and experience pilates. Lessons take place with our experienced certified instructors on the pilates equipment and are designed around your unique goals and abilities. Lessons are scheduled 7 days a week.
Restorative Yoga… $18 or 10 lessons for $160
This class is ideal for those looking for a little TLC. Supported and passive postures allow the body to slowly release deeply held tension and stress. Our most gentle class that is appropriate for all levels.
Therapeutic Private Lesson… $100
Required for all post-physical therapy clients. This includes all of the benefits of a private pilates lesson, as well as a Postural Evaluation to identify misalignments.
Yoga for Athletes… $18 or 10 lessons for $160
A dynamic, vigorous class to advance athletic conditioning, develop concentration and reduce the chance of injury. This provides excellent cross-training for the sports practitioner to increase stamina, strength and flexibility.
