Private Pilates Lessons:
This is by far the best way to learn and experience pilates. Lessons take place with our experienced certified instructors on the pilates equipment and are designed around your unique goals and abilities. Lessons are scheduled 7 days a week
by appointment.
Therapeutic Private Lesson:
Required for all post-physical therapy clients. This includes all of the benefits of a private pilates lesson, as well as a Postural Evaluation to identify misalignments.
Pilates Mat
Beginners and experienced students alike will love our pilates mat class. You will develop core strength, improve your posture and increase flexibility with instructors who offer guidance and modifications.
Yoga Flow:
A dynamic, flowing class to advance athletic conditioning, develop concentration and reduce the chance of injury. This provides excellent cross-training for all levels to increase stamina, strength and flexibility.
Anjali (AHN-jah-lee) Yoga:
Strengthen and condition your body while exploring yoga’s deeper aspects. A classical yoga class that includes meditation and occasional chanting. All levels welcome!
Core Conditioning:
Forget about doing a zillion crunches! Learn innovative exercises that you can do anywhere, anytime on your way to great posture, a healthy back and trim waistline.
Total Body Conditioning:
This class combines traditional calisthenics with functional training exercises for a workout that emphasizes total body movement. You will see and feel the difference!
